Return & Refund Policy
We value your business and we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. Each item that we sell is personally
checked prior to its packing and shipping to insure that you are getting
a quality product. We package each item we sell very carefully to make
sure that it will not be damaged during shipment.
If you have purchased your item from us over the
Internet, and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (including
all packaging / boxes if applicable) within 15 days of receipt. Items
returned must be in resalable condition. We will issue a refund after
we receive, examine, and approve your return.
Your refund will be in the amount of the original
purchase less the original shipping insurance, and credit card
processing (i.e. PayPal) charges. Shipping charges, insurance expenses,
and credit card processing costs are non-refundable unless you
received the wrong item from us.
If you are returning an item to
us, be extremely careful when you package it. Remember that some items
break easily!
